“God Saw”
God saw she was getting tired
and a cure was not to be.
So He put His arms around her
and whispered, come with Me.
With tearful eyes we watched her suffer
and saw her fade away.
Although we loved her dearly,
we could not make her stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best

My Mother's PassingThank you all for your kind words and prayers about the recent passing of my mother. Just as I am not ready to let her go, I am not ready to write about it. I miss her so much. I just wanted to let you know how much she cherished all of you and your support of heycuz and preserving the family history. Last Updated (Friday, 05 March 2010 21:37) NOTE TO NEW REGISTRANTSNOTE TO NEW REGISTRANTS: I have been trying to update all of the new registrations to give you the ability to edit the family information. Some of you have written to me and asked why you can't edit immediately after registering. You can't edit because your user level has to be validated and upgraded. It is not automatic. We get a lot of hackers trying to break in to the site so I have to approve all users one at a time. Please be patient. Once you are validated, the "suggest" button will change to an "edit" button and you can make your corrections and updates
Thanks for the SuggestionsI have been getting a lot of Suggested Corrections on the Family Tree. In some ways, that's good. I appreciate the fact that we need to keep our information as accurate as possible. On the other hand, these Suggestions are unnecessary. If you are Registered--which is free--you then have the ability to make the corrections yourself. Since I work and am only able to make corrections in the evenings and weekends, it would help a lot if visitors could make their own corrections by becoming Registered Members of Heycuz. If you find yourself making more than 10 suggestions, please register for Heycuz. It's fast, free, and easy to register. Members' email information is kept private, so there is no need to worry about spam. Once you are registered and logged in, the Suggest link turns into an Edit link. Click on it to make your corrections, hit save and you're done. Thanks for understanding. Missing PhotosCousins, you may have noticed that the photos and documents are gone. I was informed by the server that we had too many files so I had to take them down. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am working on a solution.
Thanks,
Your Cuz,
April
